Computer Support Services

Together with the departmental Engineering IT staff, the NCTS Computer Support group manages the college's computing enviroment. They are responsible for computer administration and hardware support.

Requesting Computer Support

Each department is supported by Engineering IT staff. Support requests can be submitted to the departmental IT Staff by emailing the appropriate help desk at the addresses below:

For emergencies, contact the Engineering IT support hotline (814-863-3741).  This will create an Engineering support ticket Monday- Friday between 8am and 5pm, or go to the central Penn State IT Helpdesk after hours.
